Our version of the creamy Kyushu style broth with house tofu minced "meat" and Japanese seven spice to reheat when you are ready for it.
House beet pickled ginger, kombu tsukudani, scallions, steamed corn, and yaki-nori. Whole grain brown rice and millet ramen noodles. Nourishing, satisfying and totally oil-free, organic and naturally gluten free!

Served in a compostable microwavable bowl, compostable concentrated soup base cup and lid (not heat safe) and recyclable plastic lid.
Reheat instructions, microwave: Remove concentrated soup base and lid and microwave at high for 1 to 2 min until noodles and topping are hot. Measure 1.5C water and add concentrated soup base and mix well. Heat soup in microwave till almost boiling (2-3 min on high). Add soup to noodles, cover with lid until noodles are al-dente or preferred texture (a few minutes). Do not let sit too log or noodles will get overly soft. Reheat noodles and soup as necessary for 30 seconds at a time until desired noodle texture is achieved. Top with yaki-nori and enjoy immediately.
Reheat instructions stovetop: Measure 1.5C water in a pot and add concentrated soup base, mix well. Heat on medium high stirring constantly till almost boiling (soup may burn easily). add noodles and toppings and heat till perfect noodle texture is achieved. Top with yak- nori and enjoy immediately.
