Join us for this fun info session at our cafe Saturday October 7th 11am - 12:30pm hosted by plant-based registered dietician Lucy Luong in partnership with Wholelifego and featuring a plant based healthy grazing lunch.
Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, legumes, tubers, and plant-based oils, and is also known as whole-foods, plant-based (WFPB). It's the only way of eating supported by science to promote longevity protect against, and even reverse chronic disease!
