We offer both sprouted brown and white rice. For brown rice orders please leave a comment at checkout specifying which rolls you would like on brown. Please note that brown rice takes significantly more time so please consider that when specifying pick up times.
Our vegan sushi is packaged in recyclable recycled content kraft paper bases with recyclable plastic lids which uses significantly less plastic than standard sushi containers. Platters are packed in compostable trays and recyclable plastic lids.
